By accessing or using TORCE (the "platform", "we"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

TORCE is a public brand competition platform described in the Rules. Visitor access is free. Brand entries and race sponsorships may be free or paid according to the price shown at registration.

3. Registration

3.1. Entering a brand requires accurate information: name, logo, official website, and description.

3.2. You are responsible for holding the rights to all submitted materials.

3.3. TORCE may reject or remove material that infringes third-party rights or is illegal, offensive, or misleading.

4. Payments

4.1. Entry and sponsorship prices vary by race and are shown before payment.

4.2. A third-party provider processes payments. TORCE does not store complete payment card data.

4.3. Refund policy: see section 2.4 of the Rules.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to manipulate classification, interfere with the platform or its infrastructure, or use the platform for illegal purposes.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. TORCE, its brand, visual identity, and code belong to [legal entity].

6.2. Participating brands retain rights to their materials and grant TORCE the right to display them during and after a race for result history.

7. Limitation of liability

TORCE is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific engagement or traffic results.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user or brand that violates these Terms or the Rules.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the courts of [city/state].

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
